For instance, you might encounter the campsite’s mascot, Skrote, or go exploring for insects at the site’s insect hotels.
Take a walk through the plantation, experience the open dune landscape, or enjoy a quiet moment by the beach. There is room for both tranquility and adventure here.

Experiences in the area
Blåvand Zoo
Blåvand Zoo is a zoo in Blåvand featuring a wide range of exotic animals, petting animals, and common livestock. The park opened in 1992 under the management of Tove and Hans Hestbech, initially housing goats, pigs, and other farm animals alongside traditional exotic zoo animals. The facility has since undergone continuous expansion in terms of both species and enclosures.
TIRPITZ
The Tirpitz Museum, also known as the Blåvand Bunker Museum, is a museum in Blåvand on the coast of Jutland. It is built into an old bunker—from which it takes its name—and features exhibitions on the Atlantic Wall, the west coast of Denmark, and a collection of amber.

Svømmehal & Badeland i Oksbøl
Sportspark Blåvandshuk’s swimming pool and water park is a popular destination for families from across Varde Municipality and the wider West Jutland region. We offer swimming lanes, large water slides, warm-water pools, and saunas (including infrared).
Blåvandshuk Fyr
Blåvandshuk Lighthouse (also known as Blåvands Huk or Blåvand Lighthouse) is a 39-meter landfall lighthouse established in 1900 to replace a directional light that had been erected on a wooden beacon 12 years earlier. The lighthouse has a focal plane height of 55 meters and a characteristic of three white flashes every 20 seconds.
Naturkraft
Naturkraft is an experience park focused on the nature of West Jutland and the interconnections within the natural world. It offers experiences centered on nature, climate, and sustainability. The park opened on June 12, 2020, just northwest of Ringkøbing; it covers an area of 45 hectares, with the experience park itself occupying 5 hectares.
